Obituary: Remembering Dr. Draleru Francisca
It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we share the passing of our beloved mother, Draleru Francisca, whose transition occurred on Tuesday, 8th September 2026. Her loss is deeply felt not only by her family, but also by the Uganda Prisons Service, where she was a valued and respected part of the community.
Dr. Francisca leaves behind a legacy of warmth, dedication, and grace. She touched the lives of everyone she crossed paths with—from her immediate family and friends to her colleagues and in-laws.
Funeral and Memorial Programme
Family, friends, and well-wishers are invited to join in honoring her memory through the following services:
- Thursday, 10th September 2026: A memorial Mass was held at St. Bruno Sserunkuuma, Luzira at 3:00 PM.
- Saturday, 12th September 2026: A community vigil will take place at Enzorova Cell, Driwala Ward, Pajulu Division, Ayivu Division, Arua City.
- Sunday, 13th September 2026: The final burial ceremony will be held at Enzorova Cell, Driwala Ward, Pajulu Division, Ayivu Division, Arua City.
