With hearts weighed down in grief, we announce the passing of Sanyu Annie, who departed this life on 29th August 2025. Born on 11th March 1983, Annie lived a life filled with love, warmth, and compassion that touched everyone around her. She will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Vigil and Funeral Arrangements

Friday, 29th August 2025 – A vigil was held at Mulago Guest House beginning at 5:00 PM, where friends and loved ones gathered in prayer and remembrance.

Sunday, 31st August 2025 – Burial will take place at her ancestral home in Rwanyangwe, Kashongyi, Kiruhura District, starting at 2:00 PM.

These gatherings are not just moments of farewell but also opportunities to celebrate the beautiful legacy that Annie leaves behind — a legacy of love, resilience, and faith.

Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit continues to inspire. Her kindness, strength, and faith in God remain a guiding light to those who mourn her passing.
