In Loving Memory of Canon Esteri Byabasheija (February 2, 1945 – October 25, 2025)
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Canon Esteri Byabasheija, a devoted servant of God and a pillar of faith in her community. Her life was a testimony of grace, compassion, and steadfast service in the Lord’s vineyard. Canon Esteri touched countless lives through her humility, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to the Church and the people around her.
🕊️ Funeral & Vigil Program
- Saturday, 25th October 2025 — A Service at Kitara Church of Uganda, Kabulengwa beginning at 4:00 PM.
- Saturday, 25th October 2025 — Vigil to follow at the home of Agaba Nicholas in Katooke.
- Monday, 27th October 2025 — A Funeral Service at Nyarurambi Church of Uganda starting at 11:00 AM, followed by burial at 2:00 PM in Buhumuriro, Kahoko, Nyakishenyi, Rukungiri District.
