On the behalf of the family of the late Kikomeko Deziderio, announces with profound sorrow the passing of a devoted father, community leader, and elder, Mr. Kikomeko Deziderio, who peacefully departed this life on 5th August 2025.
A pillar of his family and a beacon of service to his community, Kikomeko Deziderio’s life was marked by humility, integrity, and unwavering commitment to the wellbeing of those around him.
A Life of Service
Born in 1956, Kikomeko began his early education at Galiraya Primary School. He would later dedicate most of his adult life to public service and community leadership:
- Chairman, LC1 – Galiraya Village (1986–2025), faithfully serving his community for nearly four decades.
- Chairman, Health Management Committee – Galiraya Health Centre III
- Treasurer, Kawango Cooperative Society
His leadership was grounded in compassion, fairness, and wisdom, making him a father figure not just in his home, but throughout the wider Galiraya community.
We remember Kikomeko Deziderio not only for his roles and titles, but for the love he gave, the peace he stood for, and the legacy of honor he leaves behind.
