Miles Funeral Services, on behalf of the family of the late Salongo Joseph Lutwama, announces with profound sorrow his passing on 14th July 2025, at the age of 86.

Salongo Joseph Lutwama was a deeply loved and respected man whose life touched many. As we mourn his loss, we also come together to honor and celebrate his legacy through the following funeral arrangements:

  Evening Requiem Mass at his residence in Nalukolongo – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday, 15th July 2025
  Mass at Lubaga Cathedral – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday, 16th July 2025
  Final Funeral Mass & Burial at his home in Nalukolongo

In addition to these, there will be other Requiem Masses held at the family home to continue celebrating his life and spirit.

1931 – 2025

We honor the remarkable life of Kibumba Asukanazi Balabyeki Ededan, who was born on 8th April 1931 and peacefully passed on 1st January 2025.

Family Background:

• Father: Late Sefenekansi Kibumba
• Mother: Late Esie Babirye

Education:

• P1-P4: Masese Primary School
• P5-P6: Wakitaka Primary School

Work History:
From 1949 to 1986, Kibumba dedicated 35 years of his life working with the British American Tobacco (BAT) company, leaving a legacy of hard work and integrity.

Family:
He was a devoted husband to Lovisa Balabyeki and a loving father to 15 children, including:
Beautrice, Nanteza, Debotah, Rebecca, Moses, Ntebwa, Grace, Damali, Godfrey, Micheal, and the late Besi, Musisi, Babirye, and Dorothy.
He also leaves behind 30 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, whose lives he profoundly impacted.

A Life Well Lived:
Kibumba’s life was a testament to dedication, love, and resilience. His legacy will continue to inspire generations.

On behalf of the family of the late James Tibesasa, announces with deep sorrow his passing on 1st January 2025, at the age of 85.

Funeral Arrangements:
The body is currently in Ishaka at Kampala International University (KIU). On 3rd January 2025, it will depart from KIU at 2:00 PM for a funeral service at 3:00 PM. Following the service, the body will proceed to his home for a vigil.

Health and Legacy: Margaret faced a battle with cancer for the past nine years, showing remarkable strength and grace throughout.

Funeral Arrangements: Margaret will be laid to rest on Friday, December 8, 2024, in Bunamwaya.
